Support - Known Problems

The following is a list of some known problems with our software; we are working to correct them for the next release.

DSPJBAPGM 
  1. V1.3 will sometimes display the wrong program when F7 is pressed. This will be fixed in Version 1.4.

DSPJBAPGM 
  1. Beta & V1.0 will sometimes display the incorrect Interactive & Batch program.  This is caused by grabbing data from the wrong environment for the task. This has been fixed in Version 1.2 and higher.

SHADOWDBR
  1. Beta version will not display the Key info for a logical file when it is in a different library than the physical.  This has been fixed in V1.0 or higher.

  2. V1.3a will add another PF file in the Display DataBase Relations window each time F5 is pressed.  This will be fixed in Version V1.4.

SHADOWFFD

  1. Beta & V1.0 will not search the field text descriptions properly.  This is caused by the program seeing a difference between Upper and lower case.  This has been fixed in Version V1.0 and higher.

  2. V1.3a will add another PF file in the Display DataBase Relations window each time F5 is pressed.  This will be fixed in Version V1.4.

  3. V1.3a will not update the text when F5 is pressed and Text Editor was just used to change the text.  This will be fixed in Version V1.4.

  4. V1.3a will not allow the text to be updated in lowercase.  This will be fixed in Version V1.4.
